At Tandem Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve any issues with merchandise or equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original box and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.
Ship and Refund
Mail your package to our Portland, Maine roastery; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
